Secretary

A personal reminder and commitment-tracking assistant.

Secretary is a private, single-user tool that helps its one operator turn things said in conversation into tracked reminders and deadlines. It is not offered publicly and has no sign-up — it exists solely for the personal use of its operator.

Privacy Policy

Secretary connects to its operator's own Google account to read (never modify or delete) Gmail messages and Calendar events, solely to help reconstruct the context of a reminder the operator asked it to track (e.g. finding a date or sender mentioned in an email). It also reads and writes reminder entries to the operator's own CalDAV (Apple Reminders) account.

• No data is shared with, sold to, or accessible by any third party.
• No data is used for advertising, profiling, or any purpose other than the operator's own reminder tracking.
• Access is limited to the operator's own accounts; Secretary has no other users.
• Google account access uses the minimum scopes needed: read-only Gmail, and Calendar (to create reminder-linked calendar entries the operator can see and manage directly).

This tool has a single operator and is not available for public sign-up or use.
